I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors, and administrators, forever release and discharge any sponsors of the Matty’s Monster Dash, including each of their agents, representatives, and assignees, USATF, Friends for Matty Foundation, The Town of Bedford, and all other events sponsors and all persons associated with the event from any and all claims and causes of action of whatever nation including but not limited to those related to property damage, personal injury, illnesses, and death. I hereby certify that I will comply with all event rules, and I'm physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I also grant permission to use my name and/or picture in any broadcast, photograph, video or other accounts of this event.
